What is happening in the Heathcote Community!

The Heathcote Valley Community Association (HVCA) put out a regular newsletter. Attached is the link to their Autumn edition.  The Maltworks Village feature in this edition on page 2.  We are very happy to support, and be associated with such an active and strong community.  The HVCA holds regular monthly meetings that anyone in the community can attend, so if you are interested in seeing what the community has to offer, please do feel free to attend those meetings.

Villa 44 - almost complete

Our first villa is almost complete!  This is a standalone villa with a floor plan of 134m2, two bedrooms, open plan living, large kitchen, clayton's ensuite bathroom, separate second toilet.  The double garage with internal access has an attic ladder accessing the roof area for added storage facilities. Earthworks have started!

You all would have seen a bit of activity happening on the old Maltworks site.  At long last the vision for turning the derelict Maltworks site, into a new residential lifestyle village, has commenced.  The earthworks team are busy realigning the stormwater drain that runs the entire length of the site.  This is being redirected to run down the east side of the site in an open swale, as a continuation of the drain that runs through the reserve and playground.
